Here we are waiting for the bus at the Guatemala City airport. We all made it safely with our luggage intact, minus a more-than-slight explosion of Stevia (R) in my bag. The rest of the day was spent exploring, ending in a wonderful church service at. There's something very special about international worship for me. It never matters how little I understand the words, somehow the emotion is always communicated. I've enjoyed watching the group laugh and joke together as well as watch out for one another. I was worried about our group's cohesiveness, but now have few concerns. All in all a great first day in Guate!
